WEB: Stop chasing the money and start chasing the passion

In a recent interview with Forbes, Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh shared his thoughts on the importance of passion in business. "I think the biggest mistake people make is chasing the money," he said. "If you're not passionate about what you're doing, you're not going to be successful."

Hsieh believes that passion is the key to success because it drives people to work harder and be more creative.
